I completed a Master of Education in Adult Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto in 2018. I also have an Honours Bachelor of Science, with High Distinction, in Psychology from the University of Toronto, 2013. And in 2000, I completed a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and Religious Studies from McGill University.
My training has concentrated on the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma using a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am EMDR Trained, and I am accepting clients for EMDR treatment.
In 2017 and 2018 I worked doing individual counselling and therapy at a private practice clinic (CWCP) in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood.
I have seen clients through my own private practice since 2018.
My office is a LGBTQ welcoming space. My pronouns are He/Him.
